Friends, Fun and Kool-Aid Eggs

This weekend was jam-packed with fun!  Saturday morning, we met our friends Ben & Norah and their mom Jen at the Giggle Factory in Hudson.  The kids had a blast playing and having lunch together!

After nap, our friends Jen and Eric and their girls, (Owen's future wife and sister-in-law), Lucy and Piper came to play. After dinner, we enjoyed some yummy ice cream cones!

We used Kool-Aid to dye the eggs and Owen kept smelling it saying, "Mmmm, smells like lemons!"

He was so frustrated that the white crayon didn't work on the eggs....and was so excited when the first one we colored on came out of the dye!

I think we'll skip the Grape Kool-Aid next year!
